Where are the voices of conscious &why’s the silence?

Where are the voices of social conscious? And what is the reason for a prolonged silence while our fathers, mothers, brothers and sisters are living under slavery system and treated as commodity. Is the silence a sign of misunderstanding or lack of information on the subject matter that is the mistreatments, torture and jailing of the entire Eritrean people by the rogue regime? Or simply sold our soul and we don’t care, and on the other- hand too scared and/or being opportunists that only cares and look after our benefits,  as visiting Asmara loaded our with Abusalama:_ condom.

It is highly important at the moment that, each and every of us who are living in the western part of the world (Diaspora)  do the self checking by looking back in to our country and our people and truly open our eyes and try to see what the dictatorial rogue regime is doing to our families. To do that let me help you take a good look at the true nature and color of the regime of Isaias. So, spare your time with me for: I am going to out-line few examples that can refresh your minds and enlighten you for future journey. Long time ago in the Sahel era: during the armed struggle started the violation of norms of procedural justice with the politically motivated deployment of excessive force.  In the early stage of the regime’s aggression started by intimidating and jailing those he feared their challenges. And so started to exercise his brutality by eliminating and killing to those who didn’t back-off or listen to his intimidation; for example by eliminating and squashing the democratic movement within EPLF in the early seventies (Best known as Menka e` movement). In my understanding and my later finding that movements were not a regional movements as claimed, but were a democratic one that the regime found challenging his authority and expose his evil and for that reason alone eliminated them and after his verdict insert the polarizing words to confuse and divide the innocent people for his authoritarian dream/plan. And  the from that moment and event fast forward shaped his polarized and twisted philosophy and build his regime and surrounded him with settlers and yes-men to do his dirt job. The point worth understanding is that from the very get- go the regime’s demise of basic procedural justice is a political evil, which creates political victims. What is a political victim?

A person who is robbed on his way home or exploited in his work place is a victim, but not apolitical victim. Political victims are those who are threatened, coerced, or killed because of their attempt to define and shape the character of their own society or country, and to determine the course of what it might become in the future.  When a political victim suffers violence, they are not only harmed physically, however. The act of violence transmits an unambiguous, unequivocal message, that their views on the common good-on matters of public significance ---do not count, that their side of argument has no worth and will not be heard, that they will not be recognized as participants in any debate, and finally, that to talk, negotiate and even to reach a compromise with them is worthless. In effect, it signals their disappearance from public domain. When excluded from the political domain, such persons may be called or described as politically dead, as we’re witnessing in our case: the regime of Isaias did exactly  use this methods and more in his disposal to discredit to dehumanize, denationalizes by baptizing the different members of his foe in the political oppositions camps with different names , and to name a few: such as  5th columns, jihads, defeatist, CIA insiders, Woyane, and you name it, to silence their voice, to take them out of the public domain and to not be heard by the people. So as we can see Isaias regime and his cronies from dawn eliminated, tortured and politically victimized to those who dared him to attempt shape and define their country’s future that is: Eritrea democratically during the armed struggle and post independence. The monster has almost succeeded to bury the name of ELF and its contribution to the cause of Eritrea pre independence and continues struggle for democratic governance post liberation out of sight and out of mind of the entire young generation. But, thanks to the continued effort and struggle of the ELFfits his evil plan has miserably failed and the voice of ELF is getting a hearing ear in every corner of the world and inside Eritrea.  Here I don’t want make the reader bored or do I have the time and space to detail the deeds of the regime in that era before entered Asmara, but gave you few talk-points from the menu that you already knows and witnessed but dared and scared to mention or to acknowledge for all these years that became the recipe of the current problem our people are suffering from. Now we know the regime of Isaias entered Asmara with all its mischievous and evil intentions and desires intact. These include the demise of rule of justices, torture, dishonesty and underestimating and belittling the entire Eritrean people’s contributions, participation and sacrifices for the freedom of the country.  Hence, upon arrival to Asmara, right away indeed tried to mold the entire country and its people to worship his governing method as accustomed before unconditionally: for he is the one and only that has brought them the freedom, and thus he knows what is best for the country. So as a habitual ill and evil person he and his few cronies set the hidden agenda to destroy the country by subjugating its entire people. While the Eritrean populace was in honeymoon of freedom, the monster and his cronies was planning on how and when to dismantle the cultural, historical and religious institutions and replicate it with Isaiasism.  Let me rewind you, if you don’t mind to what this regime has done and still doing to our people& the country.

Let’s begin with what the regime has done and is doing to our people to this minute inside the country:

It is a paramount to send the dictatorial regime a strong message and with a thunderous and united voice that; we had enough of his naked aggression to our people and ill- treatment and the reprogramming of our youths, and tell the monster that his fate is numbered. And in doing so, we can be free ourselves from the shackle of denying and self-serving and starts to liberate our subjugated people and uproot and trash the dictatorial regime for good and make our people live freely in peace harmony with each other and with their neighboring people.

Eternal glory to our martyrs!
