Issayas blames CIA plot for youth exodus.Is it true?

In his 13 May 2008 interview with Reuters Issayas again blames a CIA plot for the exodus of Eritrean youth throughout the world. The recent allegation against the CIA made by him is just another diversion of public attention away from his crime against youth and education. The cause of the exodus of thousands of youth over the past 8 years is himself not the CIA. Issayas as a leader has never wished to see a bright future for the younger generation. During the revolution he killed many intelligent youth and he is still doing the same thing against youth after liberation.
